KATHARINE BIERCE, PMP, CSM
Founder
Katharine Bierce is a strategist, marketer, and project manager with experience at both startups and Fortune 500 companies. She has 10+ years of business and nonprofit management experience, is a PMP certified project manager (and Agile Scrum Master), and excels at navigating obstacles of all kinds to accomplish goals. Originally from New York, she combines a "get it done" east coast attitude with a holistic mindset for innovation for which Silicon Valley is known. Katharine graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Psychology.
CASSIDY MYERS-SIMS
Content Strategist
Cassidy is a copywriter and content strategist with a Journalism degree and 10+ years of experience writing, editing, and content creating for nonprofits, small business owners, and one of the biggest tech companies in the world.
Cassidy is passionate about helping business owners tell authentic stories about themselves and their businesses by finding their audiences wherever they are — social media, website, blog, newsletters, and even Al tools. Her career includes work at Salesforce, Nike, and Saint John's Program, among others. Her favorite work to date? Supporting small-but-mighty businesses like yours.
KASHIF KABIR
Marketing Automation & Ads Specialist

Kashif has 6 years of experience running online ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more to drive leads and sales using PPC, SEO, and local SEO.
He also works on WordPress websites, social media accounts, and Google Business Profiles.
Kashif has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and also studied Software Engineering for four semesters to enhance his technical skills.
FABRICE DUCOURET
Designer, Photographer, and Brand Expert
Fabrice Ducouret is a versatile creative designer, with experience in web development, photography, art direction and video production.
Over the past 15+ years, he has designed illustrations and motion graphics for campaigns reaching over 300k orgs, partnered with global marketing teams to execute 600+ promotional projects annually, managed teams of creatives and developers for web and video projects, designed packaging for 100+ products and accompanying print marketing collateral, spearheaded the launch of a video-centric social network, and created countless graphical assets for freelance work, in-house marketing or personal projects.
After living in France most of his life, he moved to San Francisco 10 years ago where he has been working for startups, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits and individual clients. He is fluent in English and French.
MARK WELTE
"The Customer Whisperer"
Mark Welte has been customer-whispering for over 25 years and he never grows tired of putting new coats of polish on a brand big or small, established or startup.

As a Navy brat, he grew up mostly on the east coast and in Germany, went to college in Michigan, and now resides in San Francisco.
After starting his career at Landor in naming and taglining for F500 companies, he then worked for a London-based ad agency for seven years and then hopped around Bay Area agencies until a couple-year shot at building the Mabel Chong jewelry business.

Add 10 amazing years at Adobe and Salesforce, where he innovated sales and marketing messages across every customer touch point, to his creative marketing leadership work as sa consultant today.
Georgia Wluka
Associate
Georgia brings extensive experience in climate policy, communications, and organizing at local, state, and national levels to Sangha Strategies. She has led media and outreach campaigns centered on building broad coalitions for climate action through involvement in advocacy campaigns, as well as work for nonprofits and the federal Department of Energy.
Her approach is one of relentless optimism founded on creative partnerships. She believes that the best climate solutions are intersectional and collaborative: she pursues place-based climate action that empowers communities.
Georgia is a graduate summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Chicago, where she earned honors in both Environmental Studies and Anthropology. You can often find her exploring the Bay's landscapes on a bike or by foot.
