KATHARINE BIERCE, PMP, CSM
Founder
Katharine Bierce is a strategist, marketer, and project manager with experience at both startups and Fortune 500 companies. She has 10+ years of business and nonprofit management experience, is a PMP certified project manager (and Agile Scrum Master), and excels at navigating obstacles of all kinds to accomplish goals. Originally from New York, she combines a "get it done" east coast attitude with a holistic mindset for innovation for which Silicon Valley is known. Katharine graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Psychology.
COURTNEY KRAIG
Designer and Accessibility Consultant
Courtney is a senior-level graphic and multimedia designer with 15+ years of experience creating clear, engaging visual communications for nonprofit, education, professional services, and highly regulated industries. Her work includes brand identity, print and digital design, infographics, presentations, video, and accessible public-facing materials.
She provides graphic and multimedia design along with accessibility guidance, helping clients turn complex information into communications that are easier to understand, navigate, and use. She especially enjoys work where thoughtful design can make important information more inclusive and accessible to a broader audience.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design with a specialization in Animation, Web & Interactive Design and an Associate of Arts in Visual Communication.
KASHIF KABIR
Marketing Automation & Ads Specialist
Kashif has 6 years of experience running online ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more to drive leads and sales using PPC, SEO, and local SEO.
He also works on WordPress websites, social media accounts, and Google Business Profiles.
Kashif has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and also studied Software Engineering for four semesters to enhance his technical skills.
FABRICE DUCOURET
Designer, Photographer, and Brand Expert
Fabrice Ducouret is a versatile creative designer, with experience in web development, photography, art direction and video production.
Over the past 15+ years, he has designed illustrations and motion graphics for campaigns reaching over 300k orgs, partnered with global marketing teams to execute 600+ promotional projects annually, managed teams of creatives and developers for web and video projects, designed packaging for 100+ products and accompanying print marketing collateral, spearheaded the launch of a video-centric social network, and created countless graphical assets for freelance work, in-house marketing or personal projects.
After living in France most of his life, he moved to San Francisco 10 years ago where he has been working for startups, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits and individual clients. He is fluent in English and French.
LAKIS POLYCARPOU
Senior Technical Writer
Lakis Polycarpou is a mission-driven writer and content strategist passionate about helping clean energy and climate innovators translate complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives that drive understanding and action.
With 20+ years of experience writing about energy, climate, and sustainability, he specialize in making topics like demand flexibility, distributed energy resources (DERs), and grid modernization accessible.
He has created technical documents, blogs, website content, and educational content for a variety of organizations including utilities, engineering firms, universities, and trade associations.
Lakis has a Master's in Journalism from Columbia University.
GEORGE ARREDONDO
Consultant
George Arredondo is a renewable energy operations executive who helps utility-scale, commercial, and industrial solar and battery storage operators turn operational performance into measurable financial results. With more than 15 years of leadership across solar, energy storage, and distributed energy, George advises clients on sales pipeline growth, O&M strategy, service-revenue models, and predictive performance analytics. He has led operations for fleets exceeding 750 MW, owning P&L, safety, availability, and customer outcomes, and brings a practitioner's perspective, grounded in running real fleets, to every engagement. He is the author of the forthcoming "Sunny Side Up Savings," and holds a business degree from USC's Marshall School of Business, a Leadership Certificate from Harvard Business School, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
